I highly recommend this wonderful class! Not only does one feel great satisfaction in conquering the croissant, but it’s an enjoyable way to learn about French cuisine and culture. The class site is easy to access near to the Metro and close to the heart of Paris. The kitchen is charming. Class size is small, and one quickly makes friends in this baking labor of love. The best part of the class was in meeting our chef, Guillaume. He is personable, and conducts the class with great finesse. Our time in the kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip. And then going to a
tour of Montmartre was a good thing to do to discover Paris.
